Quality Management

Ignite uses Lean-6 Sigma quality management and quality control processes and is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.

We use quality planning periodically during execution to provide for project execution changes from the initial plan or when quality assurance or quality control activities unveil needs for quality program tailoring. This enables us to ensure constant improvement and reliability of the quality program.
